Anatomy Wear OÜ may authorize other legal entities (authorized processors) to process personal data, provided that an agreement has been signed with the processor. This agreement ensures that the authorized processor is obligated to keep the processed personal data confidential and to ensure data protection in accordance with legal requirements.

The e-store user agrees that Anatomy Wear OÜ has the right to process their data to provide suitable services, including sharing client data with parties involved in service provision (e.g., accounting, transportation, payment gateway). Anatomy Wear OÜ shares necessary payment-related personal data with the authorized processor, Montonio Finance UAB.

Security and Data Access

Deletion of Data

To delete personal data or a user account from the e-store, the client must submit a written request to aw@anatomywear.eu. Data will be deleted unless retention is required for accounting purposes or resolving consumer disputes.

Email addresses are used for sending direct marketing communications if the client has provided consent. If the client no longer wishes to receive direct marketing messages, they can select the appropriate link in the email header or contact customer support at aw@anatomywear.eu.
